Crownvo platform overview

Crownvo is a multi-tenant customer platform for agencies and the businesses they operate. The system combines CRM workflows, communications, automation, hosted mail, billing, and product administration behind one account identity.

Account identity is separate from workspace data.
A user can belong to multiple companies or workspaces.
Agency access is modeled separately from client workspace membership.

1. Product surfaces

The platform is delivered as independently deployed surfaces with a shared backend contract.

Public marketing and acquisition site.
Customer dashboard for workspaces and CRM operations.
Agency console for client operations and account switching.
Account, hosted mail, documentation, status, and other focused surfaces.

2. Tenancy model

Organizations can represent the platform, an agency, or a client. Workspaces hold operational data and memberships are always checked server-side.

Workspace routes require an active workspace membership.
Agency routes require an agency membership and active agency entitlement.
Agency-to-client access is an explicit relationship, not an inferred role.

3. Ownership and handover

The API database is the source of truth for product records, documentation, activity history, billing state, and operational audit trails. Source repositories and Coolify resources are deployment inputs, not the only record of what the business does.

Public-safe docs are published through the docs CMS.
Internal history is permission-protected and never exposed by public docs endpoints.
Secrets, tokens, passwords, and private customer data are excluded from this history.
